Acai Smoothie Bowl Recipe



  • 3 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1 Sambazon Acai Berry Smoothie Pack
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1/2 cup fresh kale
  • Fresh fruit and granola to top


Get ready because this is about to get really complicated. JK! In a blender, mix Greek yogurt, coconut milk, Smoothie Pack, 1/2 of banana, frozen mixed berries, and kale. Blend until completely blended but still maintains a thick consistency. Poor smoothie into a bowl, and top with whatever fresh, beautiful toppings you want. Take your time doing this, because honestly, we all know the topping decorations are the best part. Who doesn’t love feeling like a culinary artist every now and then? This is a quick and easy recipe that typically always looks a lot harder than it is. The most important part of it is too make sure your smoothie stays thick, so be careful not to add to much liquid.
